<p>The unit (1) has a guiding unit for directing a rolling assembly (10) with respect to a longitudinal axis (AX1) of a plank (2), and a driving unit driving another rolling assembly (20). The driving unit is provided with a primary actuating unit actuated by legs of a user, and a secondary actuating unit articulated with the primary actuating unit and actuated by arms of the user.
