A solar cell, a solar cell module and a manufacturing method of solar cell are provided to improve the light conversion efficiency by insulating the n-type mono crystalline silicon substrate from the photo generated carrier. A solar battery comprises a semiconductor substrate(11) having the light-receiving surface, the other side, and a penetration hole. The light-receiving surface has the first and second amorphous semiconductor layers(14,15) which are successively laminated. The other side has the first and second amorphous semiconductor layers(12,13) which are successively laminated. The penetration hole is filled with the conductor(20). The conductor is insulated from the first and second amorphous semiconductor layers. |
