A contrast composition containing magnetic nanocomposites is provided to give a diagnosis and selectively treat a pathogenic area at the same time when the contrast composition additionally includes pharmaceutical active ingredients. A magnetic nanocomposite comprises particulate polymer containing magnetic bodies and hydrogels existing on a surface of the particulate polymer. The magnetic body includes metal material, magnetic materials and magnetic alloys. The particulate polymer indicates a lactide-glycolide copolymer. The particulate polymer additionally contains pharmaceutical active ingredients. A contrast composition has magnetic nanocomposites and pharmaceutically allowable carriers.
