A sign board supporting structure is provided to improve the construction efficiency by fixing the sign board to the ceiling, and to make the installation of sign board facilitated. A sign board supporting structure(10) comprises a ceiling support(100), and one or more sign board couplers(200). The ceiling support and sign board coupler are combined through a coupling cover and a first coupling disk. Pedestrians recognize clearly a sign board in the nighttime through the illumination since a lamp coupler(300) is equipped in the lowest bottom of the sign board coupler.
