A portable terminal with a built-in antenna is provided to have an antenna device in the first housing and a speaker module in the second housing, thereby reducing thickness of the portable terminal. A portable terminal(100) comprises the first housing(101), the second housing(102), an antenna device(104) and a speaker module. The antenna device is mounted on the first housing. One or more speaker units are accommodated in the speaker module. And the speaker module is accommodated in the second housing. As the second housing slidably moves, the speaker module is opened or closed by the first housing.
