The present invention provides a method for testing an immune response to an antigen in vitro, wherein the method comprises preparing a cell culture comprising dendritic cells primed with an antigen, adding syngeneic B cells, adding allogeneic T cells, and analyzing the effect said antigen has on the B cell response in the cell culture.
