A front side replaceable soundproof wall is provided that the installation and replacement of the soundproof plate are conveniently performed since the soundproof panels are laminated among the pillars on the road. A front side replaceable soundproof wall comprises a plurality of pillars(100,100a) which are established along by the edge of the road, a plurality of soundproof plates(200) which is located vertically between pillars and is combined through a coupling bracket(260), an elastic finishing board including the upwards protruded vertical portion and an elastic portion which is bent and extended downward, an inclined portion which protruded downward and a setting portion being at right angle to the inclined portion, and an elastic hanging plate in which the elastic finishing board of the other soundproof plate can be adhered closely.
