A pharmaceutical composition containing soybean polysaccharide as a disintegrant is provided to improve a rapid-acting property, thereby being used for vitamin, antifebrile anodyne antiphlogistic, antihypertensive agent, antipsychotic and diabetic medicine. A pharmaceutical composition comprises the 1-70wt% of soybean polysaccharide as a rapid-acting disintegrant. The soybean polysaccharide indicates cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and dietary fibroid materials. The pharmaceutical composition for antifebrile anodyne antiphlogistic additionally contains the 30-95wt% of acetaminophen, the 1-70wt% of soybean polysaccharide and the 15-90wt% of pharmaceutically allowable additives.
