A polymer composition (A) characterized by comprising a polymer (b) and at least one kind of substance (a) having a critical temperature of 0 to 150 DEG C and a critical pressure of 3 to 10 MPa, the initial content of the substance (a) in the polymer composition being 2 to 70 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the polymer (b), wherein the release duration time of the substance (a) is at least 100 hours at atmospheric pressure at 25 DEG C.
