A method for making out a report by using an object-oriented program is provided to search and extract desired data in and from a database based on inquiry despite the shortage of programming knowledge by automatically generating an inquiry sentence structure when simple input information is inputted. Input information is inputted(S1601), and an inquiry sentence for data extraction is generated according to the inputted information(S1602). The data to be outputted in a first table are extracted by using the sentence(S1603), and diagram selection information is inputted(S1604). The details of a diagram are set up(S1605), and an output object is generated by using the diagram selection information(S1606). The position at which the output object is arranged in a report is designated(S1607), and a report screen including the output object arranged at the designated position is created(S1608). A portal screen including menus which has items is created(S1609).
