An information searching device and a method thereof are provided to enable an information provider to offer useful and proper information to an information user who wants the information. An extraction module(380) extracts the first information and the second information from specific information. The specific information is received from an information provider. A sensor module(330) measures a specific condition corresponding to the second information. A determination module(340) checks whether the second information satisfies the specific condition or not. A generation module(320) combines the satisfied second information and the first information to generate a query. The first information includes static data. The static data includes customer information. The second information comprises dynamic information. The dynamic information comprises at least one of temperature information and weather information.
