An actuator measuring system of a mobile phone camera is provided to measure the driving characteristic of an actuator and determine whether the measured value exists within an input range pre-set according to the specification of the actuator. An actuator(11) moves forward or backward to focus a subject to be photographed. A jig(12) fixes the actuator to be measured. A displacement sensor(13) radiates a laser beam on the actuator fixed on the jig to detect the displacement of the laser beam corresponding to the movement of the actuator. A controller(14) is connected to the displacement sensor to convert the laser beam signal inputted from the displacement sensor into an electrical analog signal and output the converted result. A repeater(15) relays the analog signal outputted from the controller. A computer(16) operates, compares and determines the inputted signal and displays the determined state on a monitor.
