摘要

A transdermal patches containing tulobuterol is provided to secure an excellent skin permeation rate and long-lasting effects of medicine for treatment of asthma by controlling a releasing speed with the contents of acrylate-based polymers having an acid group. A transdermal patches containing tulobuterol comprises a medicine protective layer, a tulobuterol-containing adhesive layer and a peeling layer. The tulobuterol-containing adhesive layer contains acrylate-based polymer having an acid functional group and acrylate-based polymer having no functional group or basic functional group in a mixing ratio of 1 to 40~80. The acid functional group indicates a carboxyl group and the basic functional group indicates a hydroxyl group. The contents of the acrylate-based polymer having an acid functional group are used for controlling a medicine releasing speed.
