A scum weir of a twin roll strip caster is provided to improve the surface quality of strip products by preventing the congestion and mixing of scum. A scum weir(20) of a twin roll strip caster comprises a plurality of gas spray holes(46) formed inside at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction, a gas distribution path(44) connected to the gas spray holes, a weir fixing member(40) fixing the scum weir, and a gas supply pipe(42) which is installed inside the weir fixing member to connect to the gas distribution path and is connected to a non-oxidative gas supply source.
