Piezo actuator module with several piezo actuators joined to each other and method for its manufacture

The piezo-actuator module (1) has two piezo-actuators, which are connected in a mechanically active direction one behind the other. The actuators consist of piezo-elements with inner electrodes of variable polarities contacted by outer electrodes (7). The inner electrodes contact with the outer electrodes of same polarity. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a piezo-actuator module.
