A revolution per minute calculating method of liquefied petroleum injection type vehicles is provided to control engine drive and fuel injection amount accurately by calculating revolution per minute based on each injection signal generating time in case of the error of a can communication line. A revolution per minute calculating method of liquefied petroleum injection type vehicles comprises: a step(105) for calculating injection signal generating time to a first injector; a step for computing revolution per minute to the first injector based on the injection signal generating time to the first injector; a step for calculating the revolution per minute to the corresponding injector based on the measured injection signal generating time; a step(113) for filtering noise component included in the revolution per minute to each injector in case the first injector is final among a plurality of injectors; and a step(117) for operating an engine based on the filtered revolution per minute.
