A mask is provided, which is fitted to the face of a wearer by hanging holes of ear hooking part on the ears in the state of covering the mouth and nose. A mask comprises: a mask body part(2) covering the mouth and nose; a left ear hooking part(3) which is extended from the left side of the mask body part and has a left hanging hole which is hung on the left ear; and a right ear hooking part which is extended from the right side of the mask body part and has a right ear hanging hole which is hung on the right ear. The left ear hooking part and right ear hooking part are formed of a plurality of holes.
