A laser processing apparatus using a laser light introduced within the jet stream liquid column is provided that the damage of nozzle can be prevented and the stable processing quality can be secured since the laser light of the high precision is easily introduced to the inlet port of nozzle. A laser processing apparatus(1) using a laser light introduced within the jet stream liquid column comprises a green laser oscillator(2) for creating a laser light(L), a processing head(4) including a nozzle(3) for spraying the high pressure water on the workpiece (W) as the jet stream liquid, an optical unit(5) for introducing the laser light to nozzle, a liquid supply unit(6) for supplying the high pressure water to nozzle, a laminar flow formation channel(8) supplying the high pressure water to nozzle to the stream line regime, a processing unit(9) for improving the homogeneity of the jet stream liquid acting as the laser light propagation media, and a secondary gas feeding unit(11) for introducing the assist gas according to the jet stream liquid column(F).
