An apparatus and method for manufacturing a photosensitive laminated body is provided to produce high quality of photosensitive laminated body and heat a substrate uniformly up to intended temperature within short time without enlarging its size. In method for manufacturing a photosensitive laminated body, glass substrate(24) is uniformly and quickly heated up to a first heating temperature by a hot plate(110a,110b) composed of a first heating element(104) and fed into a second heating element(106a,106b) by a substrate supply device(108) and transported by a transporting part(134a) and heated up to a second heating temperature lower than the first heating temperature by an infrared heater(136a~136b) and supplied with an elongated photosensitivity web between rubber rollers(80a,80b) composed of an adhesive mechanism(46) and photosensitive laminated body(24b) is manufactured by compressing photosensitive resin layer on the glass substrate.
