A method for forming design and color in the brick surface is provided, in which design and color of building are varied and the aesthetic effect of street and construction is enhanced. A method for forming design and color in the brick surface as follows. The brick is molded using the mixture consisting of the clay 30 weight%, and the polishing sand 30 weight% and fly ash 40 weight%. The kneading glaze is applied on the brick surface injected from the injection machine. The concavo-convex and pattern are formed. The color pigment is sprayed on the concavo-convex surface using a spray gun. After drying, the diluent consisting of the phosphoric acid soda 20 weight% and the water 80 weight% is sprayed using the spray gun. The color pigment of the unevenness part is washed irregularly and the color and the uneven pattern are formed. The brick is sintered in a kiln at 1150deg.C for 12 hours and is cooled. |
