A compression reinforcement structure for the surface of an inclined ground and a compression reinforcement method of inclined ground surface are provided that the separate superficial layer reinforcing process may be omitted. A compression reinforcement structure for the surface of an inclined ground comprises a body portion which is inserted in a perforated hole that is formed in inclined ground, a reinforcement which consists of a rear portion protruding to the inclined ground outside, a wire rope which is lattice-like installed at the inclined ground surface so that a horizontal line(200a) and a vertical line(200b) intersect, and a pressure plate(300) in which a through-hole(310) is formed in the plate side.
