LASER WELDER ENABLING REMOVAL OF DISTORTION BY HOT-SPOT FROM THE SPACER GRID IMAGE AFTER LASER WELDING

A laser welding apparatus enabling removal of spacer grid image distortion caused by hot-spot during or after laser welding is provided to prevent image distortion by automatically controlling incident light detection and image acquisition of the image sensor by the computer system. A laser welding apparatus comprises a beam splitter(32) separating the path of the light, which is reflected from a welding unit of a spacer grid, from the path of the laser generated by a laser generator(10), an image sensor(20) which receives the light separated by the beam splitter and senses and stores the image of the spacer grid, a reduction filter(21) which is equipped between the beam splitter and the image sensor and lowers the intensity of the light delivered from the beam splitter to the intensity which a camera can recognize, and a band pass filter(22) which is equipped between the beam splitter and the image sensor and selectively transmits the light delivered from the beam splitter in the range of fixed wavelength.
