A clamp device for a rotary indexing device of a machine tool is provided to increase the pressure power of a piston member and apply the pressure power on a clamp disk by including three or more clamp levers installed in order to be extended in a radial direction of a rotary shaft. A clamp device for a rotary indexing device of a machine tool comprises three or more clamp levers(11) installed in order to be extended in a radial direction of a rotary shaft(5) between a clamp disk(8) and a piston member(6). Each more clamp lever comprises: a fulcrum part(13) contacted with the piston member and engaged to be rotatable to a housing(3); and an action point part(14) facing a clamp side(9).
