An oral irrigator is provided, which improves the structure to spray water after the supplied water is filtered cleanly. An oral irrigator comprises: an inlet port in which the raw water flows; a housing(10) having an outlet port through which the raw water is flowed out; a filter(20) which is installed inside the housing and filters the raw water; a nozzle(30) which is detachably combined with the housing, is connected to the outlet port, and has a nozzle unit through which the purified water by the filter is sprayed; and a valve(40) which is combined with the nozzle and controls the jet of the purified water.
