A high frequency therapy device is provided, which implements a tip and a plate in one module and automatically controls it. A high frequency therapy device comprises: a body contact member(200) which comes into contact with the body part and selectively performs the tip function for the high frequency generation and the plate function for earth; and a high frequency generating device(100) providing the control signal to the body contact member. A control module(273) of the high frequency therapy device comprises: a communications unit for performing data communication with the high frequency generating device(100); a central processing unit generating the relay control; a high frequency receiver for receiving the high frequency provided from the high frequency generating device; a relay controller driving a relay corresponding to the relay control signal; and a relay connecting the body touch pad to earth.
