A CNC machine tool having a sliding member moving at a high speed is provided to reduce the volume of the CNC machine tool as a second sliding member is movable to the first sliding member. A CNC(Computer Numerical Controlled) machine tool having a sliding member moving at a high comprises: a machine main body(10); a first driving part(30); a first sliding member(40) being driven with the first driving part and moving on the machine main body in a specific direction; a second driving part(60) positioned between the first sliding member and a second sliding member(70); and the second sliding member being driven with the second driving part and moving on the first sliding member in the specific direction.
