A boost type DC-DC converter is provided to reduce a switching loss by performing a zero-voltage switching when a switch turns on. A switching unit(100) includes a plurality of switches, and controls an output voltage by a complementary switching of a plurality of switches. A radio frequency transformation unit(200) boosts a voltage inputted from the switching unit. A rectifying unit(300) performs a voltage doubler rectifying operation about a voltage boosted in the radio frequency transformation unit. The switching unit includes a plurality of filter inductors(L1, L2), a plurality of MOSFETs(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)(S1~S4), and a plurality of capacitors(C1, C2). A plurality of filter inductors is parallel connected each other. A plurality of MOSFETs is serially connected to a plurality of filter inductors. A plurality of capacitors is parallel connected to a plurality of MOSFETs.
