THIN FILM TYPE SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A thin film type solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain the dissociation of the thin film solar cell due to an assisted electrode layer without separating the thin film solar cell. A transparent electrode layer(200) is formed in a substrate(100). The surface of the transparent electrode layer is formed into the uneven formation through the texturing. The texturing process is performed through the etching process using the photolithography, the anisotropic etching process using the chemical solution or the groove formation process using the mechanical scribing. An assisted electrode layer(300) is formed in the transparent electrode layer. An insulating layer(400) is formed in a region between the assisted electrode layers. A transparent conductive layer(600) is formed in the semiconductor layer. A rear electrode layer(700) is formed in the transparent conductive layer.
