An impregnation apparatus is provided to rapidly dry an object to be impregnated by forming a dual drying chamber on a transfer track of a transfer apparatus. An impregnation apparatus includes a transfer apparatus(1) and a dual drying apparatus(3). A rotating sprocket(20) of a rotation axis part is floated from a rotating chain(14). A clamping chuck is not rotated in inputting and exhausting an object to be impregnated. The dual drying apparatus includes an outer drying chamber(3a) and an inner drying chamber(3b). The outer drying chamber is positioned in a rear of the transfer apparatus. The inner drying chamber is positioned inside the outer drying chamber. A plurality of heaters(31) is mounted inside the inner drying chamber into a fixed interval, and is adjacent to a transfer track of the object to be impregnated. A reflective plate is mounted on a top of the heater and an inner side of the clamping chuck.
