A vehicle instrument panel display device and a method thereof are provided to allow a user to recognize clearly the vehicle information according to the order of the significance. A vehicle instrument panel display device(10) comprises: a sensor unit(11) sensing inside and outside situation of the vehicles; a controller(13) sensing the vehicle information changing with the sensor unit; and an instrument panel(15) indicating the information of vehicle. The controller controls the instrument panel in order to indicate the vehicle information according to the order of significance.
