A dry device for food garbage is provided to shorten dry time of food waste by efficiently drying the food waste accepted in a container. A dry device for food garbage comprises a housing and a container. The housing is composed of: an internal space which forms closed space and in which a container is located; a heating unit consisting of a lower heater and an upper heater; and a first circulation pipe and a second circulation pipe connected to the internal space. The container is composed of an outer container(70') and an inner container(110). In the top of the inner container, a fixing holder fixes a vinyl envelope in which the food waste is contained. In the bottom of the inner container, a through hole is formed.
