A pin tenter and a solution casting method using the same are provided to reduce the impact when separating the pin from the wet film and reduce the burr separated from the wet film. A pin tenter(13) comprises a pair of guide tracks each having a rail arranged in the web transfer direction and a sprocket(42a~42e), a chain(41) which is installed in each guide track and rotates around the guide track, a pin plate(43) which is attached to each chain and has a plurality of pins holding the side edge of the web to be transferred and dried, and a foreign material removal part(70) removing the foreign material from the side edge of the web in which the pins are removed.
