A knife stopping water pipe including a check valve type sealing cover is provided to simplify the combining processing of a sealing cover and branch unit. A knife stopping water pipe including a check valve type sealing cover comprises: a lower part contacting to the diameter surface of piping in order to surround the piping; a top unit including a branch unit(12); a sealing cover hermetically sealing the branch unit; an equipment combining unit formed in the end external diameter of the branch unit; and a sealing cover combining unit combining with the sealing cover is formed in the end inside diameter of the branch unit.
