A spam interceptions service system and a method thereof using a mobile communications terminal according to spam service information registered according to the mobile communications terminal are provided to register the spam service information registered by each mobile communication terminal. An external Interface(114a) requests the transmission of a short text message through an open API for a SPAM data administration from a content control server(110). The short message send request is delivered to the internal conduct server(114b). According to the internal conduct server is the short message send request, the SPAM registering service or not is checked. An SMS server(114d) requests the transmission of the short text message from the internal conduct server through the SMS interface(114c) and transmits the short text message to a switching center. The SMS interface transmits transmission request to the SMS server. A customer information interface(114f) transmits customer information changed in the customer information server(114e) to the internal conduct server.
