A lotion and drug solution application container is provided, which applies lotion or the drug solution on the surface of the skin uniformly. A lotion and drug solution application container comprises: a joint which is formed in lotion or the chemical injection unit; a spheroid in which a part is projected from the head unit(2) in the joint; and a cover having a pivot opening(10). The joint is formed of an insertion part(7) in which a female screw(6) is formed. The cover has a pivot opening which has a shape that is not protruded.
