An upper plate for chemical resistance testing die including a double UV curing coating layer is provided to have excellent chemical resistance by forming a coating film on a base material layer by ultraviolet curing coating. An upper plate(40) for chemical resistance testing die including a double UV curing coating layer comprises a base material layer(10), a first coating layer(20) formed owing hardening of a first ultraviolet curing coating coated on the base material layer and a second coating layer(30) formed owing to hardening of a second ultraviolet curing coating coated on the hardened first coating layer. The base material layer comprises a shape(43) of which edge is chamfered.
