Disclosed a 3-chlorophenylisopropylcarbamate (CIPC) solution containing one or more of eugenol, isoeugenol, clove oil, D- or L-carvone, common mint oil (spearmint), their salts and/or their mixtures, methods of preparing it, and the use of the solution to treat bulbs or tubers.
