A location information system for notifying the location-based information is provided to determine the notification response point of time by informing whether the corresponding notification is based on location or not. If an authentication of the SUPL(Secure User Plane Location) agent and privacy check of the LCS client are completed, SLP transmits the SUPL INIT message with SET(S11). SET and location session are disclosed, if data connection is not set up in any kind of net(S12). SLP and positioning session are started, is a notification is based on location(S14). The location of SET is calculated by exchanging procedure messages successively many times(S15). SLP transmits the SUPL NOTIFY message in which the notification element is contained with SET(S16). SET transmits the notification response of the SET user with SLP(S17). |
