A kidnapping preventing system is provided to protect a child from kidnapping by wearing a child a band type wristlet which checks pulse of the child. A counter compares output signal. The transmission device transmits the compared signal. The relay unit relays the transmitted signal to the receiving unit. The receiving device receives signal from the relay equipment. A voice generating unit generates alarm sound when a child is in dangerous situation. If the alarm sound is made, these situation are transmitted to the patron.
