摘要 <p>An apparatus for treating water having a high value(Hz) of half the width of 17^O-NMR(nuclear magnet resonance) spectrum such as tap water, underground water and river water into micro-clustered water having not 60 Hz or less of the half the width of 17^O-NMR(nuclear magnet resonance) spectrum is provided. A magnetization apparatus comprises: a far-infrared emitter(9) for irradiating far-infrared rays onto a top part of the treatment tank; an iron mesh electrode(4) in which charcoal is filled, which is installed in the treatment tank, and to which a DC power is applied from an output line(11g) of electrostatic induction equipment(11), and a constant voltage range of 1,500 to 5,000 volts is applied from a voltage regulator(11b) of the electrostatic induction equipment; a spray nozzle(10) installed above the treatment tank to spray raw water such as tap water, underground water or river water into the treatment tank; a treatment tank(3) for treating the raw water for 4 to 10 hours and sending treated water to an intermediate treated water storage tank(12); a magnetizer(14) into which treated water is supplied through a magnetizer supply pump(13) from the intermediate treated water storage tank, and in which magnetic substance packings(17) are packed; and a coil(16) which is installed on an outer portion of the magnetizer, and to which a low DC volt of 0.5 to 5 volts is applied from a rectifier(19) to supply water that has been magnetized into micro-clustered water ranged 40 to 60 Hz of half the width of 17^O-NMR(nuclear magnet resonance) spectrum in the magnetizer to a micro-clustered water storage tank(20) by magnetizing water while returning water to the treatment tank at a flow rate 1 to 4 times that of the raw water.</p>
