The present invention relates to soap die blocks which have a reduced aspect ratio, but can carry the same number or more of identical cavities as a conventional die block, or which have same aspect ratio and ca n carry at least one more identical cavity. This can be achieved by angling a major cavity axis at an angle of 1 to 90 from a major axis of the die block.
