MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MAT USING MOLD FOR MAT

A mat manufacturing method using the mold for forming a mat is provided to reduce the molding time and improve work efficiency by using an aluminum material. A mat manufacturing method using the mold for forming a mat(10) comprises: a step of forming an air pocket groove part(12) and a connection groove part(13) in a body(11); a step of forming a heat transmission groove part in the other side of the body in which the air pocket groove part is formed; a step of putting a raw material into the air pocket groove part and connection groove part; a step of adhering a part of the raw material to the air pocket groove part and connection groove part by dipping the body into the dry solution of the high temperature; and a step of removing the material which is not adhered the air pocket groove part and connection groove part after taking out the body.
