<p>The invention relates to a blanket meant to be used in industrial textile manufacture for making filtering products to be used under hard wearing stress conditions, such as in filtering installations for industrial chemical solutions, in the building materials industry etc. According to the invention, the blanket has polyamid 6 filament yarns of 940 dtex, 140 filaments and plain weave in warp, at warp yarn twist of 70...125 twists/m, and polyamid 6 filament yarns of 940x2 dtex and 140 filaments in weft, at a weft twist of 70...125 twists/m and 200...350 swirlings/m, the warp set being of 18...20 yarns/cm, while the weft set is of 8...10 yarns/cm, the resulting fabric having a weight of 370...430 g/m2, and a warp and weft strength of at least 400 daN/5 cm.</p> |
