<p>The invention relates to a process and an equipment for making perforations in a carpet made of lignocellulosic material which is used for obtaining perforated lignocellulosic materials. According to the invention, the process for making a lignocellulosic carpet comprises a first stage of making perforations in the lignocellulosic material (C) of the carpet, by pressing on a perforated support plate (1), supported on a perforated guide plate (2), through the perforations thereof there being introduced some punches (3) fastened on another plate, followed by a stage of cold-compacting the lignocellulosic material, with a force of 0.5 kgf/cm2, by a roller device, afterwards the support sheet with the carpet made of compacted lignocellulosic material are taken over by a belt conveyor (6) and introduced into a hot press, and it is characterized in that this process comprises a stage for lifting and lowering the plate provided with punchers (3) meant to perform the perforations into the lignocellulosic carpet, by means of a lift (4). According to the invention, the equipment for carrying out the process, comprises a perforated support plate (1), which is supported on a perforated guide plate (2) and it is pierced by a punch plate (3), as well as by a device for compacting the lignocellulosic material, and it is characterized in that the perforations in the lignocellulosic carpet are made by lifting and lowering the punch plate (3) by means of a lift (4).</p> |
