FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes installation in die holder of centering ring, feeding into container of metallic technological washer and blank with axial bore, pipe pressing into spacing between pressure pad and container wall till bottom formation in technological washer and bottom section. Between centering ring and technological washer is additionally located glass-washer. Volumes of technological washer and c glass-washer are calculated according to specified formulas. ^ EFFECT: ensured by separation and heat insulation of metallic technological washer from centreing ring and exclusion of flowing of technological washer material into opening of centreing ring it is reduced compacting force at the stage of material pressing-out of technological washer. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg |
