FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and covers elimination of total Symblepharon. Conjunctival fornix is grafted with automucosa. Thus bulbar conjunctiva is grafted with the flaps of the area 3/4 of the area prepared within eye surface surgery for grafting. The grafting is followed with limbal allo- or autotransplantation. ^ EFFECT: mucous autografting from the patient's lip reduces intraoperative injuries; restoration of conjunctival fornix, qualitative cornea epithelisation that causes first possibility to prevent dystrophic changes of the proper cornea and secondly thus arranging adequate conditions for the following penetrating keratoplasty. ^ 2 ex
