FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: on the basis there are tandem several couples of exchangeable driven horizontal cylindrical rollers and several pairs of exchangeable nonpowered vertical rolls with grooves, located between couples of driven horizontal rollers. Exception of distance regulation between rollers while setting of facility for manufacturing of strip of defined dimension is provided ensured by facility containing set exchangeable horizontal rollers of different diameters and set of exchangeable vertical rollers of different diameters by groove, with radius of curvature groove bottom of vertical rollers is 0.35-0.55 of strip width. In preference implementation of grooves bottoms of vertical rollers by circular arc, with radius equal to half of strip width. It is possible location of rollers couples in facility as double-decked or more, with the last horizontal floor roller, which is enveloped by strip at its passing to the next floor, implementing as nonpowered. Facility can be outfitted by couple of horizontal and by couple of vertical cylindrical size rolls, located at out, implemented as nonpowered and with smoothly adjustably spaced distance between them. ^ EFFECT: simplification of equipment setting with dimensions changing of flat strip and improving of its cross section form. ^ 6 cl, 5 dwg |
