FIELD: textiles. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed section of a scutching machine for processing lint fibres contains a scutching drum, on whose circumference are placed beater plates, each of which has a deflector on the rear end, which is made in the form of a clamp and has a width, which increases in the direction of movement of the material along the drum. Part of the clamp with the longest length has an auxiliary deflector, whose one edge is fixed to the clamp, and the other is located under the rear side of the beater plate. ^ EFFECT: production of a long fibre and increase in effectiveness of removing chaff. ^ 4 dwg |
