The device (D) has an arm (100) with a top end that is connected in an articulated manner to a monorail type guiding and positioning module that is motorized and suspended to a rail system (200) inside a building. The arm has a bottom end provided with a tractor type three-point coupling module constituted by power take-off, where the arm is telescopic for raising and descending of the coupling module. The coupling module is positioned on the bottom end such that an agricultural tool is placed under a connection point between a connection girder and the guiding and positioning module.
