FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation for moulding of thermally plasticised glass sheets comprises upper technological mold and support device, which contains lower technological mold having moulding guide and side walls that continue downwards from moulding guide. Moulding guide comprises upper support surface for glass sheets intended for support of selected peripheral sections at least one glass sheet. Chamber, where compressed air is supplied, is located below moulding guide. Installation comprises shifting device intended for displacement of upper process mold and lower process mold relative to each other for clamping of glass peripheral sections. Shifting device comprises lifting frame with lower wall that may be diverted from lower edges of lower technological mold side wall or is installed on them. ^ EFFECT: minimisation of marks appearance on glass sheets in process of bending operation and moulding. ^ 25 cl, 4 dwg |
